Rear Caliper Joining Seals - bbb - 05-12-13 Split and rebuilt my rear caliper yesterday using new piston seals, the joining seal had seen better days and wemoto don't a seal for the FZS but... ... I had four unused seals left over from when I rebuilt the brakes on my old GSXR 750 and they are the same size. If you need to replace the seal you can use a '99 GSXR 750's (six pot SRAD). Could be useful. bbb Re: Rear Caliper Joining Seals - limax2 - 05-12-13 Sort of information that makes the site so good. ![]() Wemoto probably don't supply it because I don't think Yamaha do either. ![]() However I'm not sure you can buy that seal for the GSXR 750 on its own rather than as part of the suzuki seal kit for all six pistons. Be good if you can. Some one on here once said the seal for a GS500 rear caliper also did the job and quoted Suzuki part number 6910734200 for that seal on its own. Re: Rear Caliper Joining Seals - bbb - 05-12-13 got mine as single items from wemoto: http://www.wemoto.com/bikes/suzuki/gsxr_750_x/1999/picture/seal_for_splitting_front_caliper_-_per_seal/ Re: Rear Caliper Joining Seals - limax2 - 05-12-13 Thanks for that bbb, now we know where to get one :thumbup . Checking the Wemoto site the same seal is also used on the GS500 rear caliper, so it's all looking good.
