Multifuel stoves and flues - fireblake - 03-12-13 Hiya. Not wanting to jump on Dead Eye's thread about his Tar problem i wanted to know from those in the know if anyone could recommend a fireplace and external Twin wall Stainless Steel flue installer around southern Hampshire. We're hoping to have one installed soon and i thought i'd ask in case anyone here did it or knew someone reputable? Many thanks, Mickey Re: Multifuel stoves and flues - rayburn600 - 03-12-13 Mickey Look up http://www.checkatrade.com/Search/Log-Wood-Burning-Stoves/in/HAMPSHIRE Ask them to recommend an installer. When you get a wood burner/multi or gas, get one of these. Highly recommended. http://www.roundwoodtrading.com/products/774.aspx R Re: Multifuel stoves and flues - alan sherman - 04-12-13 http://www.castironfireplacecompany.com/shop/stoves/bohemia-stoves/bohemia-x40-cube-5kw-multifuel-stove-smoke-exempt.html Re: Multifuel stoves and flues - fireblake - 04-12-13 Thanks Alan, is this what you have fitted? This looks great but they don't cover my area. I'm further south. Thanks for the information though. Mickey Re: Multifuel stoves and flues - alan sherman - 04-12-13 Yeah, Tallulah Tinkerbell recommended them, it turns out we got the same stove! It's mainly decorative but fire is one of man's needs! I saw one of these fans in a local shop for nearly twice the price. Do they work? Mickey |
