Nuclear Beans on Toast! - nick crisp - 14-09-13
Thought I'd experiment:
Toast (preferably seeded wholemeal).
Take one can of baked beans, add a good dash of chilli powder and a good squirt of HP Fruity sauce, stir thoroughly - nuke in microwave.
Ah, that hit the spot!

swap the bake beeans for the new five bean bake beans , just be careful straining anything after , :rollin
