Got my self a FZS600 1999 project - Le Roi - 24-08-13
Hi All,
I'm Martijn from the Netherlands.
I ride a voxan as a main bike and I just got my self a FZS600 project bike.
All in all its a tidy bike, its got about 45K on the clock.
But it has been siting in a shed for three years so the carbs are shot.
Hurray for modern fuel!!! :'(
So I'm sourcing a new used one, that seems to be the most economical option.
Cleaning it and fixing it up costs more than a good used one.
Than I need to give the front forks some attention, both leaking.
And a service, oil, plugs and filter and the likes, and she should be good to go.
