Lowering Fazer600(2004)seat height - Sitaman - 20-07-13
Hi everyone , Im totally new to this and I hope someone can help me out here thanks. I have just bought 2004 fazer 600 but being a short person (5ft 5in) I would like to lower the seat slightly , I'm fairly new to riding and this is my first big bike since passing my test. I have been advised to shave the seat or get a lowering spring. Can anyone please advise me and send me in the right direction. Thanks guys

I believe you can modify the dogbones to lower the ride. I'm a tall bugger (6ft 3) though, never had to play around with the ride height. But there have been quite a few threads about this in the past.
