Bike burning water - humbucker88 - 16-07-13

Water is getting into the cylinders, what should i do next?

I've replaced:
The head gasket
The head
The barrels

No luck

Is it coolant getting into the top-end? Are the barrels corroding? Does the bike have white smoke coming from the exhaust or breather pipe?
It could be waterpump failure, I had that on my FZS1000

These might help, tho for cars:
