exup..... - ghostbiker - 15-06-13 No, not a knackered one for a change Serviced mine yesterday and everything came out with ease thx to the copper slip and spring washers. But I did notice to things that may cause issues later. Top cable has very slight fraying as it enters the outer cover But what caught my eye was the end plate and just how worn its starting to get. Works 100% no rattle, squeak or anything but really starting to grove the end plate as per pic. Anyone else noticed thier plate doing it to? Re: exup..... - solorider - 15-06-13 if you saw the state of the exup valve I took out of mine yours is hardly worn I don't have a picture but the end of the exup has a grove worn into it and it did not turn smoothly,and yes on the second picture that is light shining through the spindle
