Tapatalk acting up? - ChristoT - 15-06-13 I got back from Turkey last week, and ever since, Tapatalk 2 isn't working properly. I get the notifications OK, but when I try and access the thread, the screen stays white, and a black pop up appears, saying: "Failed to connect to the forum, please check with the forum administrator if the problem persists" The forum is working OK on Chrome (also on my phone). The three questions I have are: 1) Am I the only one experiencing this? (I suspect it's my phone, to be honest) 2) Why is it doing this, was there an update or something I missed? (it's up to date, according to Google Play) 3) What do I do about it? Thanks in advance!! Re: Tapatalk acting up? - Ian-man - 15-06-13 My tapatalk 2 is working ok. There is also tapatalk 4beta you could try. Re: Tapatalk acting up? - Andy FZS - 15-06-13 I using tap talk what are the differences? Sorry if I'm hijacking the post. Andy Re: Tapatalk acting up? - trudd - 15-06-13 It's not working on my galaxy s3 for this forum either but is working on the old iPhone Re: Tapatalk acting up? - Ian-man - 15-06-13 (15-06-13, 05:50 PM)Andy FZS link Wrote: I using tap talk what are the differences? Sorry if I'm hijacking the post. It displays and works slightly differently. Give it a try, it runs independently of tapatalk 2 so you can try one without deleting the other. Re: Tapatalk acting up? - stevierst - 15-06-13 Tapatalk 4 beta keeps locking up, by tt2 is rocking on as usual for me. Re: Tapatalk acting up? - Ian-man - 15-06-13 I can't log into one forum on tt4b as the username won't allow spaces. Re: Tapatalk acting up? - Andy FZS - 15-06-13 Just loaded tapatalk 4 to try using it now. Re: Tapatalk acting up? - Farjo - 16-06-13 What did they say on the tapatalk support forum? Re: Tapatalk acting up? - Farjo - 17-06-13 They're good at no publicising it. Instead of "If you have a problem come to our support forum" it's "please check with the forum administrator if the problem persists". Anyway I'll stop moaning and here's the address: https://support.tapatalk.com/ |
