Wanted: Fuel Tank 2002/03 FZS600 Blue - Andy Clap - 08-04-13
As the title says! Dropped my tank while balancing the carbs (Doh!), massive dent and paint has come off.
So on the off-chance that anybody has a blue (deep purplish blue metalic?) fzs600 2002/03 tank in reasonable nick?

I have a blue one from my former '02 FZS600. The item has a little scratch on the left side.
Think 150 euro is a right price (plus shipping). Look at the attached jpg.

My engine is giving trouble and it's not worth putting monery into the bike anymore. It's a blue '03 model. Unfortunately, a breaker up the country (Ireland) has made me an offer for the whole bike that I couldn't refuse.
But the part you need will be available next week when we complete the transaction. It doesn't have the "Yamaha" decal on it...this model just the the "tuning fork" logo and it is the 22lt tank. The tank is spotless with no dents or marks on it. It does have a simple no fuss tank protector on it, so I don't know it that would be to your liking or not. I asked the breaker there about the tank and he said he would have it delivered to your door in the UK for €130. I think that is about €110 when you convert over.
I can post close up photos of the tank later. He will be collecting the bike off me on Monday or Tuesday, so the tank would be available around Wednesday next week. I can give you the contact number and you can deal with him yourself. Just give him my name and he'll sort you out.
Anybody else looking for a '03 Foxeye Fazer 600 spares can PM me for this breaker's address. He is sound to deal with and reasonabley cheap.
