Replacing Clutch Lever - davedee69 - 02-03-13 Any advice for changing the clutch lever, ive just ordered a replacement, assume its straight forward, ball end was missing off mine and finally thought, i'll change that. regards Re: Replacing Clutch Lever - Jacko - 02-03-13 Just done this. 10mm spanner / socket on top watch for the nut dropping off the bottom. Cable out and into new lever. Offer up watching the switch plunger doesn't push aside. bolt through, fiddle with nut for a while... tighten and done. 10 minutes max... unless you lose the nut then who knows. Re: Replacing Clutch Lever - davedee69 - 04-03-13 Wow, it really is as easy as that, as I said not looked yet, once lever arrives i'll do it, right lets get prepared, wheres that nut gone?? lol. Thanks Jacko Re: Replacing Clutch Lever - davedee69 - 06-03-13 All done, as you said, really easy, 1minute to remove and refit and 9 mins fiddling with the nut, cheers.
