The rear wheel spindle thread size is 18mm dia x 1.50mm pitch.
That is not a standard pitch for a 18mm dia thread so you will probably struggle to get one from a normal fastener supplier.

damn right. It makes sense to have a grands worth of bike off the road for the sake of £17. Smoker?

I'm getting stainless spondles side for my proper bike and that has titanium nut and screw. £17 is cheap.

The whole point being Lumpy... is that 17 quid is a lot of money for a nut!! it does seem as though pro bolt has me by the short and curlys as 18mm x 1.5mm is not a common size... I have 19mm & 24mm SS nuts on the plant I run and I pay between 2 & 4 quid each hence why I am frustrated at 17 quid!! get me??  :rolleyes

Half and half
Phone a few breakers. They will have one. I bet they throw them away normally. Look on the internet
Someone will make one for pennies. Any local machine shop would make one as well.
