chinese levers - kylron - 10-02-13 Has anyone tried any of the cheap CNC levers from eBay.2wheels seems to come up often as a supplier.I can't afford the top end ones like pazzo and just wondered if there was a cheaper alternative that worked well. Re: chinese levers - Exupnut - 10-02-13 i got these on mine...not this exact link but something very similar....mine were £20 each http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Adjustable-Folding-Extendable-Levers-YAMAHA-FZ1-FAZER-2001-2005-FZS1000-01-05-/261085340494?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cc9e6234e Re: chinese levers - stevierst - 10-02-13 Got a set of Chinese cheapies myself. The ones I got are a better fit than the factory levers. I think they were £19 for the pair. Feel a hell of a lot better too. Re: chinese levers - ghostbiker - 10-02-13 Had my copies for about 2 years now and no problems other than to colour fades a bit. Fit is good and work well. Payed about 30 quid delivered but they can be found cheaper. I have heard the adjustable ones from stuby to long needs the grub screw changed as its poor quality. Re: chinese levers - steeeve66 - 10-02-13 Got mine from 'Bikez' (I think) for around 30 quid and they've been excellent. Also had them on my SD for a few years also with no problems. Service was pretty good too. S Re: chinese levers - kylron - 10-02-13 Thanks for the info, might give them a try now I'm looking for a set of black ones. Re: chinese levers - ZiggyCol - 11-02-13 I bought a pair from 'etshark1970', total about £34. Perfect fit, not even any colour fade on the black/red. Not sure if seller still ebaying . . . Re: chinese levers - Mark YPVS - 11-02-13 Hi I got these for my RD350YPVS as i fitted a FZ1 Brake cylinder to it, good quality, the bolts could have been cut better( a bit rough ) but for £33 i would recomend them http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/YAMAHA-FZ1-FZ1N-FAZER-06-10-07-08-09-11-2011-2010-Adjustable-Brake-Clutch-Levers-/290618905416?_trksid=p5197.m1992&_trkparms=aid%3D111000%26algo%3DREC.CURRENT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D14%26meid%3D5523770136697167957%26pid%3D100015%26prg%3D1006%26rk%3D1%26sd%3D290618905416%26 Re: chinese levers - bigfootpete - 12-02-13 I used to have a CRG brake lever, but couldn't use it with my Brembo master cylinder, it looked the business, but I just had a look now and they want £75! Re: chinese levers - kylron - 12-02-13 I had a look at the expensive ones but can't justify spending 150+ on a couple of levers. Re: chinese levers - kylron - 13-02-13 Found a pair of standard type levers from demon tweaks in matt black for 23.99 They also do anodized ones as well so have ordered a set to see what their like. |
