Granny Dating - pointer2null - 09-02-13

No - not for me  :rollin


My mother is 67 and been single now for some time. She keeps asking me to help her with dating site x or dating site y. A lot of the ones she suggest seem naff to me. or have a membership fee that's too high.


So, anyone else here got retired relatives and know of any "decent" sites if such a thing exists?

That's the idea, only thing is she won't go out on her own, hence we seem to be stuck with granny dating sites.

Not that I would know of course but a bloke down the pub said "Plenty of Fish" is a good free site for starters.  Wink

Two of my friends have used this place - but they are early 20's so can't comment on its usefulness for older generations Tongue

Both have had success, in fact one has been in a relationship for over 3 years after meeting his partner on Plenty of Fish

POF is free ? but then you get pop-ups (sorry thats not a pun) for all their other sites, e.g.  X-PRESS, SHAGAHOLICS etc, I went on x-press and my match? was a 65 year very large women, her profile picture was her starkers, t*ts down past her waist a face like a bag of spanners, you get the idea, oh well they say beggers can't be choosers, lol.
