Alarmed Disc Lock? - JoeRock - 17-01-13 Hey guys, Was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for an alarmed disc lock to use on an FZS 1000? I only really use it for the noise, carry around a big chain to anchor the bike down. Bought an Xena XX14, and it didn't fit on the Fazer discs unfortunately, so that's going to be returned, and I need to find something else! Re: Alarmed Disc Lock? - mtread - 17-01-13 I use an Oxford Boss disc lock on my 600. Nice and big and loud, and goes through any disc hole. Just a bit heavy, but fits under my seat. Had it about 5 years now and use it all the time. Re: Alarmed Disc Lock? - Doddsie - 18-01-13 £140 seems a bit steep for a disc lock, especially when the thieving scum only have to lift the front of your bike up to wheel it away.
