Re: old bike location - noggythenog - 24-12-12 Feel guilty adding fzs600 stuff on the general forum Another example 3.5 k licenced fzs1000 and only 0.5k sorn Pretty rare those gen 1 thou's Only 545 fz6 licenced with 87 sorn.even rarer considering their age or lack of. Fz1 numbers 530 licenced and a mere 33 sorn. Re: old bike location - johnakay - 24-12-12 ta very mucho and all the best to all the focco's ![]() Re: old bike location - pitternator - 25-12-12 I think 3.5k gen1s is a marvellous figure, given sales were slow for at least the first few yrs due to high prices. Its become a sought after roadbike because of its longevity and reliability coupled with cheap purchasing and running costs. The ease of maintenance ( exup apart) also endears it to many.Considering its been out of production now for 7 yrs, its very creditable.( IMO) ![]() Re: old bike location - noggythenog - 28-12-12 Just a quick one If anyone wants to check numbers out there the site is Www.howmanyleft.co.uk Re: old bike location - alan sherman - 29-12-12 Bloody hell - just looked up my car and there are over 420 THOUSAND of them on the road. Add in the SORNs and there are half a million of the things in the UK. Good job we don't wave at each other like VW combi owners! Theres a form to download from the dvla website to get the address of the registered keeper. I think you need a good reason tho for them to release the info https://www.gov.uk/get-vehicle-information-from-dvla#other-ways-to-apply Re: old bike location - Mick-H - 31-12-12 Find out if it's still insured on here. http://www.askmid.com/ownvehicle/ |
