I'll tell ya Fireblake. Went last year and loved it. Kent fire bike team have organised a day at Brands Hatch  where they take you through the basics of a biker down course( removing helmet properly and basic 1st aid if first on the scene) Slow speed control skills around cones. Road craft skills in the classroom. A one to one ride out on the local roads with a ROSPA or IAMS instructor and the best bit and to be honest the only reason I went....Two 20 mins track sessions where you can absolutely rag it...All for £50. The emphasis was on having fun and there was no pressure to be a track demon as there was a wide range of bikes and bikers with varied experience. So, all in all, a good day and a good experience. Wink
