quick self intro - Stedman8 - 14-12-12 Hello, just a few short lines for an introduction - my name is Steve I'm in my 50's physically, still in me teens mentally. I have a Fazer fzs 600 (2001) nice metallic blue colour ( will try and post photo if its easy)I also have an xv 125 virago which I used as a runaround practising for me test. Me and the bikes live in Chester - I like messing with things that I buy to make them a bit different - nothing too extreme, the odd polished cover here and there, colour coordinated grips,so prepare yourselves for some questions along the lines of "Help I took this off to polish it and I cant get it back on again" that sort of thing ![]() I'm not a mechanic by any means but I can do the odd thing - and frequently do! Anyway look forward to future chats oh and Merry Christmas and God bless us one and all ![]() ps can someone advise on how to put picture in intro - only been here two minutes and asking for help already :lol Re: quick self intro - stevierst - 14-12-12 Welcome Steve, Bags of tinkerers, polishers and painters on here that can help you along on your merry modding way. All you have to do is ask............. Oh, and :useless Get your Fazer on here and let us have a look. ![]() Re: quick self intro - limax2 - 15-12-12 (14-12-12, 05:09 PM)Stedman8 link Wrote: ps can someone advise on how to put picture in intro - only been here two minutes and asking for help already :lol Welcome Steve. Near top of screen, where you have "Home-Forum -Help-" etc. put your mouse pointer over "Help" and on the drop down menu click on "Basic". In that section it tells you all about posting photo's. I see you have already put some photo's in the gallery so you have already done most of the work. A very nice looking bike it is to, same colour as mine. :thumbup Re: quick self intro - slimwilly - 16-12-12 Hello, happy christmas to you too, are you a vicar? :lol Billy Re: quick self intro - JZS 600 - 16-12-12 Go the blue (fastest) Fazer 600's! Billy Re: quick self intro - Stedman8 - 20-12-12 I know slimwilly, it only had 7500 on the clock when I got it (about July last year)- doesn't look quite so clean now what with farmers replacing the road surface with soil and other things which I'd rather not think about, the bloody weather and all the other things that the bike has to drive through but never mind ,most fun things involve getting dirty ![]() Re: quick self intro - Looney tune - 21-12-12 Welcome, thats a fine example of a machine you have there :thumbup Hope you enjoy the best forum on t webythingymabob Re: quick self intro - Fordy - 09-01-13 hello all new to the forum just thought id show my bike ive been stripping the paint off of my wheels to polish Best polish ive used is autosol my bikes on ongoing project when ever i have the money loads to do and i keep finding more i want to do i got the bike last year in march off a family freind (lady owner) with 20,000 miles now on 27,000.
