just keep looking on ebay. they turn up regular.

Why bother Replacing one crap caliper with another?

Fit a 2001-2005 rear Fazer100 caliper, or one from a TRX850 / YZF750. All much, much better designs & fit with minmum modification.

i agree dont waste your money
i am very happy with my trx caliper and caliper hanger conversion bolts straight on make sure you use the trx brake hose as it is a little longer than the original

The rear caliper from the Fazer 1000 01-05 will also fit. You will have to file away a very small bit of the 600 mounting bracket. Be a bit more carefull until you get used to it as it has far superior stopping power over the original caliper.
