Yep, that said these look like older stock and not coated, you should be able to get newer coated lines all colours for about the same price or the trick shadow lines  http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorcycle/brake-lines/goodridge-motorcycle-shadow-brakeline-kits

They are really well finished got them on GSXR and for under £50 last year.

race or standard front lines?/?

Re: brake lines - Gnasher - 01-05-12

Race lines are simpler only two lines and do away with the three union so should be easier to bleed, some suppliers charge a slightly higher price for standard lines the choice is yours really.

How easy are these to fit yourself?  I'm no mechanic, but I've balanced the carbs using the great guide on here, replaced rear brake pads, checked and adjusted spark plugs, air filter, oil and filter change, basic stuff really.

Fitting braided lines is not difficult-just need to be methodical. Recommend you fit twin lines from front m/cylinder & do away with union piece-ie one line to each calliper. Use new crush washers-usually supplied in the kit. Dont overtighten union bolts as your going steel into alloy-check torque figs.Bleeding can be a pain but patience will get you there whether you use tube& jamjar or a proprietary bleeder (I have a Mityvac & its ace!). Dont forget to protect all your lovely paintwork from brake fluid spills, Good luck. One of the best mods Ive ever done to ANY bike Ive owned  Smile
