ppi letter - chilly - 07-04-12 although i am a horse of a man i am a bit thick :b . can anybody give me any ideas on the correct wording to ask a bank/building society if i have had ppi from them in the past. i can't manage to get it looking right and all the templates i can find on tinternet are not what i want. i really just want to say "hey you,did you sell me ppi in the past cos i can't remember and i would like it back please. but better than that. ta very much Re: ppi letter - DryRob - 07-04-12 If you don't know for certain they will probably say, "due to the current influx of enquiries you have been placed in a queue". You will then be informed of the yes/no verdict after the time limit for claims has past. Re: ppi letter - richfzs - 07-04-12 take it you don't have any of the paperwork anymore :rolleyes Re: ppi letter - locksmith - 07-04-12 Aren't the banks supposed to write to you if you were sold ppi? Re: ppi letter - imax - 07-04-12 http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance ![]() Re: ppi letter - MurphySG - 08-04-12 Why don't you just make a data protection act request for any data they may hold on you? That will get you a shed load of paper (although you can ask for it in digital form) and you can look through any loan agreements etc etc and see whether you were sold ppi. |
