MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - DILLIGAFF - 23-03-12 Been thinking of getting one of these to replace my old spring jobby. Prolly a 10 inch HYPNOS make? Any experience on here???? :z :z Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - BIG MAC - 23-03-12 Got one still haven't got used to it Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - rayburn600 - 23-03-12 We went to a pocket sprung memory foam mattress last year. Only just getting used to it now. 1300 pocket springs in foam, 10" thick with a Two & a half inch memory foam topper sewn in. Nice and firm, without being hard. We had previous a waterbed so it has taken a lot of getting used to. Try these peeps. Land of Beds.co.UK We had very good service from them and at the time best price. (but always search for a better deal) This one is the nearest spec to what we have, as beds are constantly changing spec. http://www.landofbeds.co.uk/hypnos/mattresses/orthocare-visco-1200/king-size Ray PS. We were told at the time, (FWIW) if you go for more than 1300 springs your wasting your money. Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - moffmeister - 23-03-12 tried one didni like it I like me beds rock ard Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - rayburn600 - 23-03-12 Here is the info on the one we got. Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - Looney tune - 24-03-12 I don't have the best of backs so gave one a go, crap, woke up every half hour after sticking with it for 2 weeks to let it bed in. Back to a hard mattress again. But as Madders say's, they are quiete and I hate disturbing the people next door :b Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - MurphySG - 24-03-12 I have a tempur mattress. Love it. The family call it 'the cloud' I got my daughter one of these http://www.ergoflex.co.uk/ it is firmer than my tempur and possibly even more comfortable. This page gives a good guide to `the difference to buying a memory foam mattress http://www.ergoflex.co.uk/guide-to-memory-foam Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - goldfazer - 24-03-12 I've a 2500 pocket spring with memory foam on top (and cashmere on top of that ![]() Not sure what a 'full' mem foam one would be like. Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - DILLIGAFF - 24-03-12 Ah yes............ but will it improve my memory???? ![]() Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - richfzs - 24-03-12 Quote:Ah yes............ but will it improve my memory???? What was the question? I have a full foam jobby from these folks and its great. Took a while to get used to, but love it now. I didn't pay the full price as sohown on the website though, and you shouldnt either - they regularly have sales! I paid 399 for the King Size, which is on the website as 899 :eek . SWMBO also wanted one, but the offer I bought under had finished, so phoned them and said I wanted another at the same price I'd paid previously, they said OK ![]() Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - UG - 24-03-12 (23-03-12, 07:50 PM)clayt74 link Wrote:personally i find them too hot!!!! eye konkur phaar two ot day seam ter keap der heet fur sum reezun Re: MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES??? - pointer2null - 25-03-12 I agree with UG (and managed to figure out what he was saying lol) and clay74, much hotter than a standard matteress. |
