Multi bike insurance policy - Fazerjon - 31-01-12

Years ago I used to have multi bike policies, i think it was with Bennetts. Can anyone recommend a broker who still does multi bike policies? I'm paying out for three separate policies now, and its starting to get expensive, as I can only ride one at a time!!  :eek

Re: Multi bike insurance policy - limax2 - 31-01-12

I have four bikes on a single policy with Aviva. They call it the Premier Bike policy. It used to be the Norwich Union Rider policy years ago. I do it direct with Aviva over the phone on 08001582126. Always found them easy to deal with and they payed out no bother when I had an accident nine years ago. It's a Glasgow office so you always speak to someone who speaks English (O.K. it's the Scottish version, but I quite like that accent  Wink ).
I don't know if the Aviva that deals with cars is a differant branch, but I've never been as pleased with that side.

Re: Multi bike insurance policy - Skippernick - 31-01-12

I don't personally have a multi bike policy, but my mate and my self use DW Laxtons. My mate has a multi bike policy with them.
We both agree that they are brilliant, they are a broker though. My mates policy is with Aviva like limax2.
Hope that helps

Re: Multi bike insurance policy - Fazerjon - 01-02-12

I didnt realise that so many companies still did them. Its good to know. Now all Ive got to do is work out whether or when to cancel my separate policies and lump them altogether without losing too much money :rolleyes

Re: Multi bike insurance policy - solorider - 01-02-12

one good thing about ebike is you can add all mods that you have done and it is all done on line, you control the policy not the insurance broker

Re: Multi bike insurance policy - Fazerjon - 02-02-12

if you want to do any changes even changing a bike it is not any issue at all as you are doing the alteration not some one who is abroad or mistakes what you have said,a bloke i used to work with did claim on his insurance and he did say their claim system is a bit long wided but they did pay out with no issues,if i ever decide to insure more than one bike in the future i would still consider ebike

Re: Multi bike insurance policy - Fazerjon - 02-02-12
