Anyone know... - Kosmic Kartman - 27-01-12 ... anything about these pipes? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/GP-Carbon-Exhaust-Yamaha-FZS-1000-Fazer-01-05-FZ1-EX57-/330395749205?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item4ced1f0b55 Re: Anyone know... - sadlonelygit - 27-01-12 the gas was too rich on the weld and the rivets are too big and too widely spaced as well. Re: Anyone know... - tomlinscote - 27-01-12 Know nothing about the pipe sorry, but agree with the rivet comment, like the look of what it should look like though. Newbie qn however....how'd you know the weld was not so good and yes I know very little about gas welding. Would I be right to suggest that the red bit, slightly,, crystalline appearance, shouldn't be there??? P Re: Anyone know... - Falcon 269 - 28-01-12 Loud, cheap and nasty is my instinctive reaction.
