Newbie. - stevierst - 22-01-12 Hi Guys. Another newbie to the forum. ![]() As you have just read, I own a Fazer, she's a 600 mk1, and my second Fazer now, first being about 8 or so years ago. I also own a home built R1 streetfighter. The Fazer's for work covering 40+ miles per day, and the R1 comes out for the sunny days. :rolleyes I was an engineer in the Army for 17 years, and just play with the engineering as a hobby now with a carreer elsewhere. If it has an engine, i'll play with it/tune it/tweak it or blow it up trying to improve it! So Hi to everyone, and the first virtual rounds on me, so what you having? ![]() Re: Newbie. - Farjo - 06-02-12 Hi and welcome, banana & toffee milkshake please :thumbup From your pic I assume you've changed the fairing? Re: Newbie. - stevierst - 06-02-12 Yep that's a CBR 125 front end I grafted on. Looks ok, but the headlights a bit naff! ![]() Re: Newbie. - fletch - 07-02-12 i like that Re: Newbie. - stevierst - 08-02-12 She's a never ending project. Had her for about 5 1/2 years and slowly changed her to what she is now. I've recently got a colour coded rear seat cowl and taken the Baglux cover off. Just got the wheels to re-paint/polish up, then she's pretty much done..........for now! I'd love a wavy disk set up and maybe the later 5 spoke wheels, but can't throw much more money at her, as she's just a toy. Goes well though! :evil Re: Newbie. - fletch - 09-02-12 yes they do go very well i used to have one Re: Newbie. - stevierst - 13-02-12 Looks sweet.
