rev counter issue. - Robfzs - 19-10-11
riding home tonight,around 4k revs all the way with HIDS on, i stopped at a junction,put the indicator on and the rev counter and trip meter died,switched the indi off and they were fine again,gave it some beans after that and tried putting the indi on again at another junction and it was fine.
what suggests is knackered ? the batterys about 4 years old now,but still starts on the button

sounds like either an earth issue or a wire short in the front of the bike somewhere
