Where best to get a seat cut down? (East Mids) - Digdug - 14-10-11 I need to get my Fazer thou's seat cut down a bit (actually mainly cutting out width at the front, as well as a bit of height) to accomodate my short girlie legs. I am too scared of wrecking the seat to do it myself with the electric meat carver ![]() Can anyone suggest anywhere in the East Midlands that would do a good job and also not too expensive? I am near Loughborough, so somewhere in Leics/Notts/Derbys would be best. Cheers ![]() Re: Where best to get a seat cut down? (East Mids) - Grahamm - 14-10-11 Try contacting local upholsterers, I got mine done by one near me in Portsmouth and he did a great job. Re: Where best to get a seat cut down? (East Mids) - Digdug - 17-10-11 Good idea, will try that. How much did he charge you, out of interest? Re: Where best to get a seat cut down? Only charged me £40 p+p to recover my mums yp125 majesty seat and they are massive seats. Re: Where best to get a seat cut down?
