Really hard one for me tonight. I only had 4 hours sleep due to a neighbour and a jack hammer and some stubborn concrete. I had a mishap at work and was covered in product. Not good it'll take a week of hot baths to get rid of the smell.

Chris is right. The processed stuff is as black as coal and after my mates were laughing as all you could see was the whites of my eyes. My mouth was clamped shut tight. Not got Ill yet so all good.

Glad to get my dayshifts over with & in comparison looking forward to tonight and tomorrows night shifts.
Miraculously on a night shift with only me & my oppo,no management,office staff or board members in sight.........the job still gets done :eek ...do we really need these people???...NO...they're a pain the arse & they get in the way....but we're all on big family...used to be a team but thats cliche so now they're family ha ha :lol

all about, drinkin loads o coffee outta my massive Pot Noodle Mug, mmm i could go a Pot Noodle right now, or a 'Normous Noodle' rip off which i think taste far bettter...anyway i digress..all's good down here, passed some time earlier with a Foc-uathon, giving people dodgy advice & having fun.
took the bike in to work this evening, can see her on the cctv by the door,watching out for unsavouries (read dodgy wee bastards) trying to steal her, im sure she's moving bit by bit though, got a life of her own dont you know, thinks i cant see her :b ,anyway the bike is really stonking at the moment, the simmi can with the baffle out really does sound the cats tits.
Couple hours kip later on when i finish then im back out on the bike to a mates BBQ then Monday im meeting up with slimwilly & a few others who i dont think are members here for a bit of a ride out round the Brecon Beacons which im looking forward to even though they're gonna leave me for dust on there thou's

Don't think I'd want to ride my bike home after a nightshift. Sometimes I leave work then I open my front door 10 miles away and don't really remember much in between..

The morning shift arrive about half 7 then I usually get out of here, after doing handover, about ten to 8 and home by just after 8. Such a good feeling when they walk in through the door. You're right you do get a second wind when you know the next shift is coming on but the fresh air floors me.

Cheers mate, I'll hopefully not have to sell it for a long time. I really like it. It's got more than enough power for me at the moment, I can use it to do a bit of touring when I can afford to get off this rock for a while and it's easy to work on myself and learn more about doing my own work etc so it's kind of perfect for me.
I think it's pretty clean but yours looks spotless!

Hello gents ive worked two nights had one of then im on tonight then three off. I dont know when to be awake anymore not that you could tell the difference. Ive enjoyed a nice ham and cucumber sandeitch tonight. We used to have a microwave but it was condemed as a health risk. It was like something out of doctor who haha. The night shift blamed the day shift and the day shift blamed the night shift. I never used it myself as i coldnt catch the bugger.

Hey Bri h. Ye, this is my 4th night on but off until sunday! Woop! Sometimes if you just have one or two days off between nights then it's not worth turning your body clock around but then the flip side of it is that when it gets to a few days off then it's harder to kick your clock around because it's been in night mode for so long! haha. can't win. What do you do mate?
