I started the job last week but chewed up the torq screws despite me using the correct bit. Couldn't get the barstewards to shift! Had to resort to chopping the heads off with a 22mm cutting disc on my Multitool. Fitted 2 allen head bolts which should ensure they come off easy next time. ![]() Re: What have you done to your FZS600 bike today - marklawrence66 - 13-10-15 So about 6 months I bought my fazer 600 1998 for just £800 (sold my 125 for the same amount ) I habe not stopped loving it since. Spent a little here and there on her to make sure she runs and stops fine. So over the last few weeks I thought it was time to give her a little face lift. I hope you all like the results. Still a few bits to do over the winter I will update this post every now and then. Enjoy Re: What have you done to your FZS600 bike today - red98 - 13-10-15 Nice one mark....you cant beat a 98 boxeye ![]() Re: What have you done to your FZS600 bike today - Artheus - 14-10-15 :rollin *changed front sprocket nut to upgrade (Yamaha kit and only 2.44 sQuid) -made my own gasket as the asking price form Yamaha was just silly, especially that one can do without. Next time I'll just use sealant. Oh took forever to clean cover... * adjust headlight beam as with the way it was set I was becoming less and less popular : ) *put a baffle in my Black Widow * had 3-day 'go' at back brake bleeding... GOD.. still not what I want... Hope it passes MOT. I will have to go back to that...
