I just don't get how people can just knock on your door, in a scary mask so you don't know who the fuck you're dealing with, and ask for stuff or they'll play a trick on you? WTF.......do it any other day and it's demanding with menaces and you'd call the police! And how is it you can get fined for dropping a cigarette on the floor, but it's absolutely fine to launch very high explosive rockets away from your own home to explode, possibly set fire to something, and litter someone elses property, or the street? We live in a very fucked up world.
parents teaching their kids to ask strangers for sweets :wall more sh*t from the good old US of A :rolleyes Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - fazersharp - 27-10-16 I will have a rant at fireworks next. But around my way trick or treat is actually ok, I took my kids around some 10 years ago and have seen how it has evolved. Its mainly young kids with their parents waiting around the corner/ hedge/ end of the drive, we get chocolate in and sweets and dress the front of the house, its very rare to get teenagers because "trick or treat" oh yes treat ---"here's your chocolate eyeball and a jelly worm so not really very cool. The way it works around here is that they only knock on the doors that have either a pumkin in the window or in some other way indicate trick or treaters welcome, even if you said "trick" the little ones wouldn't know what you were on about. Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - tommyardin - 27-10-16 What a grumpy load of old foccers :rolleyes Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - fazersharp - 27-10-16 Fireworks, or more to the point rockets, or more to the point focing massive things that tossers send up without a care in the world where the foc the massive stick and hard plastic shell is going to fall ON MY CAR focing put a dent in the wing, anything over the size of a candy floss stick should be banned, these things are about 1/4 inch thick wood and 4 foot long. I also had one stuck in sharp halls gutter. We get it in october with de-wali and it seems that the bigger bang you can get means you are more respected in "your society" ![]() Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - fazersharp - 27-10-16 You lot have set me off now Putting the clocks back. Every year people moan that we should not do it or go double in the summer so the effect in winter is not so bad. My goat get is that there is no point moaning on the day they go back as thats too late, there needs to be a concerted effort before hand. Same as the January rail fair increase they only moan on the day and not when it is announced some months befor Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - red98 - 27-10-16 (27-10-16, 07:23 PM)tommyardin link Wrote: What a grumpy load of old foccers foccers telling me iam old and grumpy :2guns :lol Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - Frosties - 28-10-16 (27-10-16, 07:23 PM)tommyardin link Wrote: What a grumpy load of old foccers Bang your address up Tommy mate - we'll see if we can change your mind. 1500 kids to fork out for :lol Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - darrsi - 28-10-16 (27-10-16, 07:22 PM)fazersharp link Wrote: I will have a rant at fireworks next.
