I have a Puig DB with an X-Screen attached, makes 100mph cruising on AutoBahn bearable with blade fully up and fully down its fine in the twisties.


It works better than the MRA Vario I had previously as DB is a bit taller than standard screen.

As standard they are a bit lazy dropping into the bends and inclined to understeer.
Stanchions 10 mm up through the yolks as Andy FZS says and a 10mm rise at the rear gives it the flickability of the Fazer 600.  Big Grin
Upgrade the fork springs as the standard ones are far to soft, even when they are wound in full.
Progressive fork spring and the 2012-2013 S1000RR rear shock (gave the 10mm rise at the rear) fitted has totally transformed my bike.  Smile

ha! no primises mate. no polishing today though - rain stopped play.

long weekend this weekend though, so plenty of time to both ride and clean as long as its nice - happy days! you get used to the urine smell quickly ive found :lol

Mine has the r6 shock and forks raised through the yokes 10mm. I suggested the 25mm jack up kit, as your bike has a standard shock, but you could just raise the forks through the yokes, which will lower the bike a bit for you. Wink

If the 600 owners turn up especially with red ones just ask them nicely to slow down and wait for you.  :rollin

450mm I think. which I think (?) is about the same as the standard one.

I just had to change the standard one as it was all scratched up - so its two birds with one stone Smile
