I've seen him twice since down my local pub, spilling his pint all over his feet, absolutely smashed off his head both times, but still shouting to everyone he's a local politician. They're not my kind of people at all, but i'll raise a glass for the "Keep Clear" sign, that deserves a bit of respect. CCTV road fines: Tackling traffic or raising money? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-22867081
Why? I've already pointed out there is no law or fine for stopping in a "Keep Clear" signed box, it just makes you a bit of an arrogant bastard if you do, even more so when there is someone blatantly waiting to exit the side road, ie: me. Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - darrsi - 02-10-16 Something else that continuously puzzles me, is online media reporters that can't spell? How can this even happen when you have spellchecker that guides you towards the fact you're making no sense? And the fact that you've written something that is being put out to millions of people to read would it really harm you to maybe read it back to yourself first, before releasing it? It's just people being very shoddy at their job. :pc Today's "What Gets My Goat" - Exupnut - 02-10-16 Why indeed...... U shud get that councillor pissed and get him to put a yellow box there.....failing that I would suggest this ....put a sign up yourself and get out there at night with a tin of yellow gloss and paint your own box jctn ![]() ![]() You know u want to Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - darrsi - 02-10-16 :lol That is kinda what has passed my mind before. Here's a picture to give you a better idea of what i'm chatting about. Please note that to the left, about 6-8 car lengths away are traffic lights, so i'm not on about cars rolling in front of me in the hope the traffic in front will move off, because the lights are red, and the traffic ain't going anywhere. That's when you get the slight turn of the head and they then think "Ooohh, i wonder if that chap with the balaclava and crash helmet on with the angry looking eyes making all that noise and pointing at me wanted to come out of that road that i just parked across on top of this big lettered Keep Clear sign?" :look Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - fazersharp - 02-10-16 (01-10-16, 09:09 PM)dazza link Wrote: My biggest gripe atm, is the cop out statement.....T's & C's apply......So basically, you can say any sort of shit you want to hook people up to rip them off but by putting that at the end makes the initial offer totally foccing worthless. Why anyone would want to lay back on one of those with lorries and buses driving around them just amazes me? Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - Chillitt - 02-10-16 Air box rubbers. He looks like a proper tool on it! :lol
There is a reason behind these strange looking bikes, i think you get a good cardio work out on them but they're low impact on the body even though they're full weight bearing, so they can be used to assist recovery from bone injuries, joint replacements, etc. Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - darrsi - 03-10-16 This is obviously the turbo version judging by the price :eek Re: Today's "What Gets My Goat" - Exupnut - 03-10-16 The red ones are only a tanner thrupence |
