Well, My day out with LoFo tomorrow never nearly happened.

I went to get Me Julie out of the garage this morning to fettle and adjust the chain and despite being connected to Optimate Me Julie didn't start... flat battery.

:groan

So I've had to go get a new one. Should have read the warning signs last time I fired up. The battery did sound a bit lazy. Ho Hum.

Evening foccers.....got a bit of trouble with the thou.rear wheel bearing has failed, got about 3-4 mm of play  :\......so, I'll be on "the stuttering one " my 600 box eye, got a spongy rear brake at the moment but I think I can sort it, first time ive usec it for 2 years so will be interesting....on the plus side, middens  not going to be left behind

8 foccers, not bad, a few regulars missing, which will be missed but we cant all make all the runs....lets hope the weathers as good tomorrow as it has been today.............anyone else coming  ?

Ok, i know I started this thread..but...ive not planned a route just the destination  :rolleyes...suggest we explore the south downs and onto the new forest...I'll bring my map as usual and if anyones got one of those new fangled sat navs it might come in handy...I'll bring the address of sammys....what could possibly go wrong  :lol

Morning all.....been up early sorting the rear spongy brake....putting pressure on it overnight has worked so iam good to go......nick crisp is also up and on his way to my place...

Hi guys. I decided last minute to surprise you by riding from the West country and meet you at Sammy Millers. I got there at 11am, had some scoff and a walk round the museum (£5 today). I'm guessing you got lost or or changed your destination. My fault for not checking in. I left there at 2pm. Sorry I missed you guys...  :rolleyes
