Got home from work and took my son straight out on a test ride, both fully geared up including mine and his rucksack full of books, PE kit etc. After half term he will ride too and from school with me as my work is only 5 mins away. His school bus/times are just not reliable enough, Plus it will save us more than £40 a month in bus fares. He was a damn good passenger, thankfully ?

Not today but the last week or two,
Fitted wezmoto braided lines front and back race setup, adapted a pair of monorack arms to fit the bike with missing support brackets , new EBC sintered front pads, rubbed down and painted a few rust spots on frame and a nice coating of acf50.
Roll on spring !!

A ride to Bala lake and back from Wrexham. Nice and sunny. Below freezing when I left this morning. Warmed up nicely by dinnertime. Five bikers arrived whilst I was lakeside. Sports bikes, with very loud exhausts. Woke all the half term tourists up !

4 weeks since my knee Op, was in the garage, looked at the Fazers, still can't bend my knee enough or have enough strength in my leg to ride either of them yet :'( but getting there
maybe in another 2 weeks I can still dream :woot Roll on the Summer the pain, stiffness and soreness and all the physio will have been worth it

First blast with new exhaust, saw Prince Charles and 6 police bikers giving it sum doing like a rolling road block.

Mr unfazed ,it's been 3years since I had my knee replaced, don't skip on your exercises I really worked hard at doing mine and making sure I could bend it fully it's really paid off I often forget I've had it done its great being pain free . It does take the scar a while to settle down especially when you first start wearing you bike trousers :thumbup

:thumbup Good to hear you are well recovered. I noticed the scar feels funny when doing some of the exercises and the exercises are the key to a good recovery. I have no bother doing them with the motivations of being back on the bike and maybe back mountaineering. :thumbup

It's and anti corrosion formula invented in the a aircraft industry , it's leaves a protective layer behind that stop rust from forming and cam even reverse it sometimes , it's AMAZING stuff and can highly recommend, definatly if you ride in wet and winter

If you buy some don't get the aerosol can but get the concentrate bottle with the spray bottle , can get a really nice fine spray and coat things nice a lightly

Yes ACF50 works and I can see the advantage of buying the one with atrigger spray because the normal spray can comes out more like a glupy squirt than a spray, I don't go everywhere with it but instead spray it into a lid and either dab a rag into it or a small brush so I can reach award areas

Finally got my girl back last week after she was pushed over and damaged down the right hand side so today has been filled with wash and a full treatment of acf 50....she looks mint!
