can you come clean mine next    PLEASE
[/quote]

Haha! It's looking the worse for wear after a week commuting in the rain now,
But there is something deeply medicinal comes from spending 3 hours cleaning a bike ;-)

Give me your address and I'll let you borrow my medicine for a few hours  Wink

Chrome or stainless headers would be a bonus though!
Have you not considered zinc plating the nuts you have.  I seem to remember reading in classic m/c mech's  there are kits available for Diy.

You know you should never use someone else's medication ;-)

My Fazer. Had it nearly a year since I passed my test. Love it!

Re: Show me your fazer! - noggythenog - 29-01-14

Hey Carlos that is one nice looking bike.

Nice work on the side fairings, they dont always look quite right.seem to be well blended in.

The only shame is that you've got slow Blue colour. :b

Very tidy! I'm guessing the mesh and Yamaha logo aren't standard on those fairings?

Also - do I spot a Scottoiler at the back there?

Re: Show me your fazer! - Karlos600 - 29-01-14

I'm pretty new to bikes. I passed my test on a fazer so as soon as I seen this little beauty I had to have it. The fairing is made by Pyramid I'm led to believe. Yes that is a scottoiler you spy. I have been checking up on this website since I got the bike and you guys seem like a good bunch so signed up to be a part of it. I couldn't comment on whether blue is the slowest colour although my 125 was blue and and slow Big Grin

I'm with you on this one, my bike is my transport, not a toy, i've tried tank bags, rucksacks and tying stuff to the seat and it's just a bloody nuisance.
I actually prefer a bit of weight over the rear tyre as well for a tiny bit more down force in dodgy weather.

Re: Show me your fazer! - noggythenog - 11-02-14

Couldn't resist another couple pics of the Noggyfighter Big Grin

Bodged my tart fairings on now, just need to trim them a little & touch up with paint.

It's ugly.....but i still love it!!! 8)

Re: Show me your fazer! - ChristoT - 11-02-14

That rear end needs work!!

Reminds me a wee bit of a trailie / KTM?

Re: Show me your fazer! - Chris - 11-02-14

Nice touch Noggers.

Re: Show me your fazer! - Beeblebrox2nd - 11-02-14

I like those wee side flaps hiding the spark plugs. Are they easy enough to remove for access to change the plugs?

Just cut outs from my front fairing.

Bolt i to the rad & a bolt into the upper, easy to remove.

Yet to see how they cope with a bit of turbulence though.
