At the moment I've just linked the small hose from the thermostat back to the rad, but I'd rather blank them off. I was wondering if the vacuum caps on the carb rubbers would be OK to blank off the coolant outlets, ie one on the thermostat housing outlet and the other on the rad. Anyone done that? Re: AIS removal kit - PieEater - 15-04-16 Yup the vacuum caps fit fine I think I paid about £5 for a pair plus a couple of the clips that you use with them. I used a smidge of high temp silicone on the radiator and thermostat spigots then slid the caps on followed by the clips. Looks a lot tidier than the hose which is quite tight if I remember.
