It was winter, they cleaned the pitch off snow so the match doesn't get postponed, cheered very well, and went on to party, without violence and ruining anything after the match. Just loads of good positive energy. Re: Euro '16 - BIG MAC - 14-06-16 Yes about that snow clearance..really must send the Bill Re: Euro '16 - Slaninar - 14-06-16 (14-06-16, 09:11 PM)BIG MAC link Wrote: Yes about that snow clearance..really must send the Bill That was settled during the match - our team stopped after 2 goals. ![]() Re: Euro '16 - mtread - 14-06-16 To be fair, the Scots don't get to play international football very often, so it was probably a treat for them. And clearing snow before the game can start is the norm for home games ![]() Re: Euro '16 - taylor - 15-06-16 well good luck with the football tomz England fans, as you are playing the greatest nation yet. ![]() Re: Euro '16 - Frosties - 15-06-16 (14-06-16, 08:47 AM)BBROWN1664 link Wrote: :agree BB, it was and still is.............it's called Rugby :pokefun Re: Euro '16 - BIG MAC - 16-06-16 Scotland seems to be in the process of putting a Rugby Team together. Give Strachan a couple more years and with the split hooves back in the top flight...reasonable to assume that the footie will follow. Re: Euro '16 - BBROWN1664 - 16-06-16 Frosties - by years ago I meant the early 50's from what I recall seeing on the TV. Rugby has always been a thugs game played by gentlemen who respect the ref and the fans behave. Re: Euro '16 - celticdog - 16-06-16 Decent match today, Hodgson's plan worked. Bringing on Sturridge and Vardy made all the difference. England and Wales at top of the table, it's entirely possible that they both can go through :thumbup Re: Euro '16 - taylor - 16-06-16 I am welsh and we are shit, but we gave them a run for there money for a country with 60 million to choose from against less than 2 mill. they done well. good show England,. ![]() Re: Euro '16 - BIG MAC - 16-06-16 Bit like the Wenglanders playing England wasn't it? Re: Euro '16 - taylor - 16-06-16 the bath rugby team has 12 welsh players,. ![]() Re: Euro '16 - david095 - 17-06-16 (14-06-16, 07:25 AM)bludclot link Wrote: if we vote brexit on the 23rd we won't be in any further european tournemounts anyway so our opening games this year won't matter.... Re: Euro '16 - Slaninar - 23-06-16 Was happy for Ireland last night - they deserved a goal! ![]() Re: Euro '16 - mtread - 23-06-16 Scotsman walks into a pub.
