Ahh, that's cleared it up, cheers Smile

The issue is how this connection and routing happens...

Relay is in the wrong way, rotate it 90degrees anticlockwise from where it is in the picture and then follow the previous clear as mud instruction Smile

Re: Cable routing..... - anutz - 17-07-15

thanks Unfazed.....i shall try that.... :lol

Re: Cable routing..... - anutz - 17-07-15

not sure its in the wrong way, if i rotate it then nothing reaches and the positive lead is pointing the wrong way....

Re: Cable routing..... - unfazed - 17-07-15

The red lead comes out the back and turns to the right and over the top of the relay between the connections and the fuses to the battery positive. When all tightened up push the lead down the rear of the relay.

Check out the routing on page 15 of the manual

Re: Cable routing..... - unfazed - 18-07-15

Not quite correct. Take off the red cable from the battery and pull it back, then put it to the right side of the relay (bike right side) and back to the battery over the top of the relay. The black cable looks fine.
The reason it goes over the top of the relay is that it make it easier to remove and move away from the battery if ever it is necessary when working on the bike.
I will try and get a picture of mine later.
