It gives Tyre to Rim sizes and the standard front rim on the fazer will take a 120/60 (speedo will read slightly faster) or a 120/70 (speedo will read slightly slower).
Having ridden 600s with both, my observations were that the 120/70 turns in a little slower and the 120/60 turns in a little faster.
The 120/60 fits better under the mudguard, is closer to the size of the 110/70 and would be my preference of the two.
