Re: Tyre Time - Grahamm - 25-04-13

I was on an IAM Skills Day at Thruxton on Monday and you could *see* the effect of the two-compound Bridgestone 023 where the central (hard) section looked normal, but the outer (soft and sticky) sections were showing clear signs of being well used Smile

Any photo's Grahamm, it would be interesting to see the wear?

Re: Tyre Time - Grahamm - 29-04-13

I think part of what I saw might actually have been the sticky compound picking up rubber shed from other tyres, but I didn't think to take a pic of it.

Re: Tyre Time - Jacko - 29-04-13

Just done the first commute on Dunlop Roadsmart 2's

One of the first tyres I feel instantly at ease with. I got the usual change from
worn and squared off to round but nothing weird.
Even did the first 12 miles to work in the rain and no worries.

So far so good.
