ASAP - Slaninar - 03-02-13 I warm the bike up before draining the oil - just to make sure most grit geds dissolved and drained along with oil. I also rock the bike to drain as much as I can. Usually it's more around 2.9 litres when I change oil&filter. Re: Oil change help! ASAP - darrsi - 03-02-13 I might pick my bike up and shake it next time, and see if i can get 3.3 litres out of it....... :nana Re: Oil change help! I just lift it with little finger while drinking cofee and smoking, so the best I manage is 2.9. Really, 2.9 is what does it after a filter change. I believe manual says so as well. Just put it on the flat surface, on the center stand. When all the oil si out, I sit on the bike in order to lift the fron wheel. Then i rock it left and right a bit (foot down, sitting on it). |
