Personally weekends are hard for me as I work 7 days and see my son every other weekend which doesn't give much time for the other people close to me. You can fire on and do what you want, but I'll say one thing, if a weekend run is what you have been craving for why didn't you put a thread up saying so ? Re: Scotlandshire - Rexr - 09-06-14 That's fair enough if u can't do a Saturday or Sunday ride, then a midweek is better for u, I wasn't having a go was just putting my 2pence worth forward Re: Scotlandshire - Looney tune - 09-06-14 :kiss For me and some of the others it's more about the chin wag than the run. The reason we picked Lanark was it's even distance between most of the interested members and the road from Douglas to Cumnock, great road and easy for people to peel off for home. I know you weren't having a go, I'm just a grumpy Foccer ![]() Re: Scotlandshire - mickvp - 09-06-14 I'd rather a chin wag than a ride out anyway...would want to hold anyone else up :lol Re: Scotlandshire - nsr500v4 - 10-06-14 That would be a short run for me, i live in Lanark! Re: Scotlandshire - neely71 - 10-06-14 I'm in for a wee ride (midweek so not to upset grumpy) or if some foccers want to arrange a day out Oban kinlockleven ect last year a few of us stayed at a hotel/camping right at the start of the lock road excellent pub food was good to it was only £12 a night each for a small hut witch has 4 bunks theirs showers ect Russ if you fancy going during the week give us a shout ![]() Re: Scotlandshire - Rexr - 10-06-14 It's to be a great day tomorrow so I'm off out for a ride I'll be heading to Inveraray and maybe taking the back door to oban via Lochgilphead Re: Scotlandshire - bigbluebear - 10-06-14 (10-06-14, 08:00 PM)neely71 link Wrote: I'm in for a wee ride (midweek so not to upset grumpy) or if some foccers want to arrange a day out Oban kinlockleven ect last year a few of us stayed at a hotel/camping right at the start of the lock road excellent pub food was good to it was only £12 a night each for a small hut witch has 4 bunks theirs showers ect I'm up for a day out, but not staying over as these chalets are stinking g of puke Re: Scotlandshire - bigbluebear - 10-06-14 (10-06-14, 08:55 PM)Rexr link Wrote: It's to be a great day tomorrow so I'm off out for a ride I'll be heading to Inveraray and maybe taking the back door to oban via Lochgilphead Hope you have a good one mate, I'm quite jealous I'm not joining you it's a cracking run Re: Scotlandshire - neely71 - 10-06-14 Andy that puked has been banished to New Zealand for his sins let they foccers deal with his projectile vomiting ![]() Re: Scotlandshire - Looney tune - 12-06-14 How does Wednesday sound then ?
