Looks like a really clean bike, but if it is his bike and needs to sell it to fund the purchase of a car why does it appear to be in a motor garage showroom. Is it a private sale or dealer?
One other small thing is, a Fazer owner you would think her would know that the name Fazer is spelt with a 'Z' and not an 'S'.

The dealer where that is pictured isn't too far from me. The bike doesn't appear on their website.
It is overpriced compared to similar bikes for sale at the moment. Somewhere between £1-2K too high depending on if it is a dealer sale or private.
