garage Burnt fairing with soldering iron.

Took bike in to get a few bits sorted just noticed they have burnt the top fairing with soldering iron,where do u think i stand on this not to bad just annoying wasnt there when took it in now the platic is burnt and you can now see a rounded black burnt mark any ideas how i play this ???

If you truly believe they have done this allow them the opportunity to come to a solution that suits both sides.
Don't go down without a fight and hold you own ground. Don't allow the expert shop intimidate you as will be on their turf and they can use this as power.

rang them going in wednesday at there cost  result. quite funny really as they told me they couldnt have burnt it as they dont use of soldering iron,but a soldering gun !

They prob mean a surface mount style hot air gun rather than an iron with a tip
