« on: 05 July 2013, 08:06:07 pm »
:) Does anybody know a 6 tread step ladder that you can fold up to carry on a bike , or a bracket you can fit to a bike to carry a stepladder.

If you send those panniers back to us at Oxford Products saying a zip failed, I'm gonna look real close to see if they were sat on your exhaust, cos I'm betting that'd be the real reason you want a freebie set!
33bhp? I'll bet loaded up like that it wouldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding  :lol

That's me relatively lightly loaded to boot!!  :eek :eek

That was when I last came back to the UK after Easter. The bike was pushing 80mph (not flat out), uphill, on the A3. 33hp maybe, but for a restricted bike, it goes like stink!!

Not as such but if the po po deem it an unsafe load you're going to have to prove to them roadside it's not!

Also, I think the load shouldn't exceed the bike's max carrying capacity (a rule I throw away half the time). But again, if it looks safe you should be fine.
