Spraying wheel with tyre on

Anyone know how to seal off the tyre wall to stop me getting primer on it? is there anything I can use?

I did my wheels early last year. I just let the tyres down, and 'tucked' tape under the gap of the tyre and wheel. I used electrical tape as it was easier to use, and there was no need to unseal the bead . I then just masked off the tyre as normal. Easy enough.::)

I just used rattle cans off the shelf with a colour that I wanted, after the spraying and polishing I laquered over the lot. It took me ages, and about 3 sets of fingerprints to do it, and looks pretty much mint!
