i'd go for the thou so you can overtake 5 cars instead of 2 at a time.  but then, i have taken to riding like a twat of late!! at 52 i should know better.

Lol, like your style, I am even older and ridden 1000 for the last 10 years, couldn't go back to 600 as too frenetic, especially R6, which my son still has.

I'd forgotten all about the Fazer 8, ithink i've only ever seen one, and that was at a bike show in the year they came out.

In 2008 i rode a 600 Bandit across France and Spain and loved it but wanted something with more grunt. Bought a Triumph Sprint 955i ST and got more grunt but poor ride position so sold that to buy first of 2 1200 Bandits...........The most fun ive had has been since i got my 600 Fazer. Ok it needs to be wound up a bit but there is loads there for me.......saying that......i am yet to try a 1000!!.... :rolleyes
