1. a price is always nice
2. mileage is also good.
3. vague location
4. reason why no fairing
5. coming across as a total wankstain won't enamour you to potential purchasers

No preload because it's a '99 T.  Presably it's been bent at some point and had the front end replaced, clocks included.
