Hold on a moment .. the 24 hour clock system is not Metric mate .. it's been arounfd much lomger than that.
 
I'm with Tori on this one .. I know it was 'debated' when you opened the new site ... but man is that AM / PM stuff way out of date and a bloody awful way to state the time of day  :\    In my opinion.
