Help with spring change
« on: 11 April 2021, 05:11:50 pm »
I am struggling to change the fork springs on my FZS 600 02 model. When I unscrew the endcap it does not come away from the slider and consequently cannot be removed. Any advice much appreciated.

Not undone it all the way?
Have you loosened the top clamp as that normally prevents you from undoing the top cap.

The only one I have is to pull harder. If the spring etc have become jammed, the one lay to separate them is with force.
