Usually a week is unofficial eBay grace period. After that you open a dispute against them, that usually lights a fire under their arse

I would just send him a friendly reminder in messages,it's suprising how many on that site don't look that often for whatever reason,if his feedback is good he won't want to spoil it for £35 I think like I say he just don't look that often.
